Cookie Policy — StabileRewards

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies our website uses and how you can control them. It covers the marketing website at stabilerewards.com, including our blog. It does not cover our Shopify app or our ChatGPT app, which have their own privacy policy.

1. What we use, in short

We use analytics cookies, through Google Analytics, to understand how many people visit, how they find us, and which pages and buttons they use. If you play the embedded video on our UCP loyalty reference page, YouTube may also set cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cookies that sell or share your data for advertising.

Google Analytics runs on our homepage, our UCP loyalty reference pages, and our blog. The information Google Analytics collects includes pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and the website or campaign that referred you. Our own analytics events never include your name, email address, or store URL. Google's use of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

3. Forms

When you submit a form on our website, such as a pilot request or contact form, the information you enter is sent to our form provider, Formspree, which delivers it to us by email. Submitting a form does not set a cookie on our website. We use what you send only to respond to your request.

4. Third-party resources

Some pages load fonts, icons, or code libraries from content delivery networks (for example cdnjs.cloudflare.com, cdn.jsdelivr.net, and Google Fonts). Your browser connects to these providers directly, so they receive your IP address as part of the request. We do not use them to track you.
