Need help with Stabile: Loyalty Rewards Agent? This page explains how to reach us, what to include in your request, and where to find answers to common questions. Stabile lets merchants and AI agents calculate and issue loyalty rewards through the ChatGPT App and MCP (Model Context Protocol) server.

2. What to Include in Your Request

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include as much of the following as applies:

• A clear description of what you were trying to do and what happened instead.
• The tool involved — get_reward_options, redeem_reward, or issue_reward.
• The relevant transaction_id or idempotency_key, if available, so we can investigate a specific request.
• The approximate date and time (with time zone) of the request.
• The client you were using (e.g. ChatGPT App, or a direct MCP client).

Please do not include buyer personal data, passwords, or API keys in your message. The identifiers above are sufficient for us to investigate.

3. Common Questions

What does Stabile do?

Stabile calculates available loyalty reward options and their predicted economic impact, applies a chosen reward to an active checkout session, and issues loyalty reward units to a buyer account after a qualifying transaction.

Is my data stored?

No buyer personal data is persisted to any database or log by our MCP server. Data is processed transiently at request time. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

A reward was issued twice — what should I do?

Our tools use an idempotency_key to safely deduplicate retried requests. If you believe a reward was duplicated, email support@stabilerewards.com with the transaction_id and idempotency_key and we will investigate.

How do I connect the MCP server?

The MCP server is reachable over the StreamableHTTP and SSE transports. If you are integrating a custom client and encounter connection errors, contact support with the transport you are using and any error output.

4. Service Status & Scope

Stabile is provided as a hosted ChatGPT App and MCP server. Support covers the operation of these tools and their documented inputs and outputs. It does not extend to third-party merchant systems, ChatGPT itself, or custom integrations we did not build. For platform-level issues with ChatGPT, please contact OpenAI support.
